Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but lately the last few times I've driven around Bmore by the triangle and circle there has literally been no one out. I mean around this time weather fluctuates heavily. Its been raining a lot and most nights have been 50 and below. Looks like a lot of former SW are online. Some having being doing both SW and online for a while. If they are not getting online business they go back out in the streets. Some of them go to DC and other places.
