Honestly depends on the girl most girls when it's your first visit with them they will be a little hesitant to kiss than after the blue toast and shower they will be more into it. I would say most K girls just like to be hard fuked. Maybe 1 out of 3 enjoys kissing throughout the session. If they have a routine, they probably only kiss for 30 seconds as well.
