We must remember that HX admin invited the police dept to the site to do a murder investigation in the first place. The WMPD had a special account that could not be excommed or deleted. I see no issue with inviting this account into a review club if it would help the murder investigation, especially when HX already explicitly granted access and cooperated with the PD. In fact, doing so would have aligned with HX's interests at the time. If there were some information that anyone thought shouldn't have been accessed by that account, then the site wouldn't have invited them in the first place. But I'm guessing that HX got immunity for the cooperation then threw Bob under the bus.

Sorry, but why are people still talking about Bob? The truth is that the slider doesn't work, period. The slider moves in increments of 20%. CJ had under 200 votes and so did Bob up until the day he was excommunicated. The mean vote against Bob was slightly higher. The slider didn't move for either of them.

3) HX was built as a PHP site. PHP sites commonly reduce presentation to a series of images, especially in the old days, and VERY especially for things that are not used often, like the Mod / Cen page, which as far as I can tell is unchanged since circa 2008.

Sure, JS might be used for modern dynamic items, but the use of JS and doing everything client-side is a relatively recent design pattern. Humaniplex is in essence a model-T Ford. The last real upgrades of the mail system and the network system were like over 10 years ago. That's 100 in dog years. Or something.
