Yes to the Visa card. I also have better luck if I wait a few hours between the time I buy the card and when I try to use it. In the past, if I bought a card and tried to use it right away, it would always get rejected, but ever since I started waiting a few hours, they work perfectly.

Quoted me 3-6 depending but didn't specify what it entailed. Have a feeling she's willing to negotiate but haven't tried any further since a unicorn may have found me (had a nice meet and greet yesterday). If you contact her, be prepared to have her reach out to you regularly as she mentioned she didn't make rent but not sure if that was just ploy.

I kept getting Banned as soon as I would upload my pic that I had used previously. I chose another one and now I sign in with the same PC and phone as I did before without any issues.

Everything new. Everything!

New data device. The MAC address on your phone, laptop, desktop computer, tablet are all unique. Don't use your old Wi-Fi, it has a unique MAC address. Your internet modem might be using a static IP Address. Best bet is to use a burner smart phone with a new phone number, new carrier and new account.

New User Name.

New payment method.

New photos.

New birthday and description.

Don't use a VPN, especially when you're first signing up. Don't reach out to the same old contacts. Don't do Anything that would connect the new YOU with the old YOU.

Nobody really knows for sure all the ways they identify you as a unique user, but you need to chance everything could possibly identify you. Otherwise you're going to be chasing your own tail forever.
