I've tried contacting Maria for a long time, but through her number and instagram and have never, ever received a response.

Visited ocean today and asked for Emma in advance. There wasn't any cars in the lot so it looks like the wave died down in that regard. Damage was 70 house and 40 tip (for HJ) and the massage was pretty good. She does seem to offer other stuff since she asked me if I wanted to do anything else. I didn't ask about anything else so I don't have the damage estimates in that regard. I'd repeat but if Ivy pops up again I'd visit there first since her massage was better in my opinion. Let me know if you think I missed anything important.
