If a booker isn't prompt in getting back to you in a timely matter, I'd just dump them. There's no reason to deal with that BS IMO. Any bookers that I am dealing with right now get back to me in minutes at the latest. Alot of these girls are just booked by another agency anyways so I'd recommend just finding one you like at a much better booker. Not too long ago I got the same BS from one lazy booker for a girl I see time to time. She'll just get back to you hours later then asks what time did I want. I'm not going to sit there all day because the booker is too busy or lazy to get back to me at their convenience.

So if I understand you correctly, M's girls don't upcharge. But some of her indies do? I suppose those would be the indie girls that are just using the bookers and not part of her agency.

All of them are independent under the umbrella of M and whatever agency that will book for them. Basically what I am saying is that girls will charge whatever they want and the one you want happens to want that rate at M.
