I'm not saying you can always sucessfully negotiate an 800 PPM GPS to something reasonable, but my go to strat if they move that fast is to slow them down. Tell them it can depend on chemistry, and I'd need to know some details about what they enjoy before we talk arrangement details. Then ask what she enjoys sexually, get as specific as you can, and lean into whatever she tells you (remember, there's a reason women watch less porn than men but READ way more porn than men.) Get them turned on and liking you, then move into some common questions that can also be used as negotiation points: can you host? Covered or uncovered? Finish inside or somewhere else? Is she comfortable sending nudes?

At this point it's ok to hear no a few times (though clearly too many and you should just move on). Then ask her what her $ expectation is. When they reply back 800 PPM, use their previous "no" to move them to reasonable number. The bold way to do it (though this can backfire) is something like "Well 800 is steep, but especially if we have to use protection and you can't host. I want to ensure your comfortable, but since you can't host and we're using protection, what would be a more fair rate?

See if you can get her to "bid against herself" by providing an initial counteroffer (without you needing to "show your cards" regarding budget). I've had girls drop from 800 to 400 real quick. If they do, just reply "That's much more reasonable; Let's do 300 and we'll have an arrangement. When can we meet?" If they don't come down drastically or at all, throw your offer out and move on. Let some dumb sap who doesn't know how to negotiate keep her fed, while you find the next young hot thing who actually wants to see you, and isn't just looking to just max their payout.
