Headed over to the SPA by THH Sandwich in Anaheim. Had a meeting with Eva. 10 on attitude, 7. 5 on appearance and 1 on massage and she got the job done with enthusiasm. She did leave the room a couple times for a fairly long period. I would estimate mid-30's? $50 HHR, $140 FS fee. Fairly nice room with plenty of space and a lock on the door. I would repeat but I do miss the massage part and bring exact change or they'll keep it.

Its easy. Get a legit massage in one place then go to a Korean spa and get body wash, 10 minute "lite" massage, with some fully nude FS with a hot 30 year old. It doesn't really make sense for a girl who is hot and selling big time extras to invest in the time to become a real masseuse. This question is a bit like asking, where can I find a lawyer who is also a gourmet cook, so I can get my contract looked at, and be served some lobster scampi at the same time? Just go the lawyer, then go to the restaurant and get the best of both.

At least around here it's a fantasy. I've had that in various Asian countries. In Toronto they have legal body rub parlors that's are clean and stocked with young talent as you describe, but they're HJ only. In our country, such a thing doesn't exist, and when it does it gets shut down quickly. We're stuck with the dark, dingy underbelly of the hobby. The closest thing I can think of are some of the tantra places there's a few of them around. You can google tantric massage near me. Also, downtown LA has a place called Vivastrah that has 2 or 3 girls doing nude massage and yoga sessions. They have a website and the girls look hot, but it's expensive and not FS from what I understand.
