I get it too, in the interest of time, I left out all the details of our negotiations. I promise you I beat up Mandy over the ppm for a few hours leading up to the meet. Are you a programmer? I'm not, I have to go on what I've heard, read and experienced. I know a couple of months ago when they began the big change, I couldn't log in for several weeks because I had my browser set to incognito, blocking cookies and removing everything on exit.
