It's striking to me that the market rate in the Bay is more impacted by competing LA rates than any one single provider amongst them. Sure you got Ara at gfei making upwards of 320, or other girls there upcharging for bb and msog just like here, but they are a rarity not the rule. Most others up there are still holding at 260 all inclusive.

Whereas in LA, seemingly all it takes is one girl to have success at a higher rate (eg OG Jamie at 260+100 bb, OG Hana at 300, Dana at 320) and BOOM the base local market rate get's raised.
