Thanks for such a comprehensive review it's appreciated. Though some give crap for over tipping and it's not without some merit. I think agreeing to a standard tip and then receiving service over and above expectations and then adding a gift on top of the agreed amount is different. To many times we pay for one level of service receive sub par results are short timed and rushed out.
