There's a place at puente / central that does covered FS the last time I was there, but it's been a few years and it was a little pricier than most other places I've been to without much improvement in service. Most places in fullerton are HE only. Easy FS can be found on whittier blvd between colima and beach, mainly older Chinese ladies but you can find a looker here or there. I like lady fortuna mainly because parking is off the street and there's a back entrance for discretion, but I've scored FS at pretty much any spa up and down that road.

Place is way overrated and service was ok at best.
