I'm one of the assholes who tell the younger, better looking providers to increase their rates. Why? Simple. They can't, and shouldn't work for peanuts. Unfortunately despite being a big roster only a few girls there are what I consider the total package. Most of the girls are either hot with limited menus or great menus but not the best looking or the youngest.

I don't think anybody there meets all of your criteria. Audrey, Lilly, Zara are the three lookers there (Mila is gone). None of them have fully open menus.
