If any business like a cake business offers me a stale or expired product on the shelf, I'm going to blast both the business and product. In most business I can return this product for a full refund if it was an expired product. And when people find out your cool festival is fyre festival, they going to be mad and will demand refunds. It's natural. Most businesses operate under assumption that customer is always right. Not that the seller is always right and the seller can do whatever it wants to do.

Any business don't have constant threat of bl and encouraging appeasement, explicit suppression of negative feedback and so forth.

Not judging just trying to understand.
