This place used to be a go-to for me. I always got a HJ there for 40 house. Never any mention of a tip but I'd give 40 and none of the providers ever complained. I'd rub the calf and go further up the leg while face down, then on the flip I'd just lift their top up and pull their bottoms down and nobody ever resisted. All of the providers there are 40 ish and remotely passable. Over the last couple months though the extras seem to have stopped there. I've heard rumors that Cypress has discovered that they have AMPs in their town and is starting to crack down. Don't know how true it is but this may be a direct result of that.

I've started making the longer drive (for me) down to Bamboo instead. It's cheaper and you get better massages, but on the negative side you also don't usually get the provider's clothes off like I was able to do at New Spa (with the usual disclaimer that there are certain exceptions).

Bamboo: 35 house for 60 minutes, good massage, nice slow release. Often with some edging, Chinese providers in their 40's (better looking than the ones at New Spa), limited exposure to bare skin with most providers (most offering OTC roaming, some a little bit of UTC roaming up top, rarely more than that).

New Spa: 40 house for 30 minutes, "ok but not great" massage, Viet providers in their 40's (not as good looking as the ones at Bamboo), more typical AMP style release - not slow and easy like Bamboo, usually no issues getting top up and pants down (although both the release and the roaming access seem to have gone away at least for now).
