By Thai places I mean real Thai places, not places like Sara that are Viet run AMPs thinly disguising themselves as Thai. At most authentic Thai places, nothing extra will happen. But even at the legit places, once in a blue moon you run into a provider that does a little extra even if the spa doesn't officially allow it. I go to ST almost weekly and there is no one there named Jodie nor has there ever been. It isn't an FS shop, they only do HJ but some will go full nude and all with a decent first half massage.
