I visited Tiffany a few times. It's been a while (like last summer) since I saw her. I'm quick to bounce if something seems fishy, so I understand your concern. Obviously, YMMV is a key component. My experiences were good. Good communication and nicer apartment complex. Very clean apartment. She said she has cats, but I couldn't smell any evidence.
