Long time lurker here. I am interested in using SA to meet some (probably Asian) girls. I am a bit worried about setting up my profile. Should I treat it like a dating app in writing the bio about myself and uploading photos? I'm kinda shit at dating apps, so that might be bad for me. Do I have to show my face in the pictures? I work in education, so there is some risk for me.

Has anyone actually uploaded more pictures on a profile when you sent a request for more? Just curious if all of those with only 1 picture are fake.

Posts: 105That just means they didn't enter anything in that section. The "have you seen my wish list" text is added automatically by the website.

The article I scanned, wasn't interested enough to read, is that supposedly Brandon Wade believed being "in love" was for poor people. From recollection, his started SA was based on the economics of older successful men looking for younger broke women and that male / female relations were fundamentally transaction based. The site has alway had accusations that it was an escort site. Hence why it policed the PPM or discussion of money exchanges. I don't know if he still hosts these but he used to hold meets and greets in several US cities. Not unlike what Pwhipped did in Atlanta a few years back. The jest of the article is that now that Wade is "in love" he wants to change the site to foster these type of relationships as opposed to economic / transaction based.

No disagreement on your take on SA. When I read the first post, it cause me to recollect this article. Now, it could be camouflage because he is or has been taking heat in the current sex trafficking dynamic that has changed the risks / costs of running SA. Or, he may be "in love". I will say if he is marrying a 21 year old with no prenup, he takes simp to a new level. May need to rebrand from Seeking.com to simp.com.

Posts: 1743What do you mean "less emphasis on sugar daddy / sugar baby". There doesn't seem to be any emphasis on it at all, at this point. And if you even mention PPM or allowance, you get banned.

But I suppose they could change it, for the search results, so less potential sugar babies could find the site. I need to get on that other one that is sometimes mentioned here, for a backup.

So the founder / CEO of Seeking Arrangements, Brandon Wade, is marrying a 21 year old woman he met on the site. Apparently is waiving a prenup. It appears he will change the site to a more regular or normalize dating site with less of an emphasis on sugar daddy / sugar baby. Not sure if this is a delayed reaction to or due to pressure under FOSTA SESTA or if its the intoxication of 21 year old orifices on his middle aged self. Either way it appears the changes that have occurred will continue and not in a direction of the old days.

Posts: 158Unicorns may exist. But anytime the only thing in their About Me section is. Have you seen my wish list, that's a red flag for me.
