All one has to do to accurately discern the situation is observe the sheer volume of transactions occurring in the South Loop, and rest easy knowing you can cruise and cruise, solicit and solicit, with impunity, as long as you don't offer or accept an offer from an undercover officer. Agreed! I try to engage in a slight bit more small talk, too, to feel them out. Hunting Streets must be a very intimidating figure, if he can willy nilly pick up these thugs, drop them back off right away without going on a date, and have an easy time of it. I'll preface this by saying I've never been busted. But, I don't believe a female cop would get in your car. I know there have been stings for John's. But, usually they are picking up the girls. They like to be in control of the situation. Never talk through a window. I leave my window closed and make a motion to get in. If she isn't making eye contact with you don't try to pick her up.
