Notice how they can't tell time and it your (our) fault. You wasted her time despite your 20-minute wait.

For others out there, do a search on 'tips' for general advice from many contributors. One tip beforehand is to let them know if they don't give you a room number upon arrival, you're not going to wait or hang around. If they balk at that, don't bother. You'll save your time, money, and aggravation.
