That UTR woman is (usually) a civi by trade (not an advertiser) looking to enhance their income or just enjoys sex by seeing select people that only see friends of friends. With the Thread here vague to the definition and people's definition of what is a UTR differing widely, there's no right or wrong answer. I will say this though, a girl that JUST stopped advertising, walking or just returned from out of town is probably not a good UTR candidate as their mentality is not that of a true civi UTR. I briefly mentioned that in my post about their mentality is different. I don't know why anyone needs to make all these SWs (former or current) out to be exclusive UTRs that in order to see them, you will need to belong to a club or get a special key to unlock their Chasity Belt. Brought over from the SW Thread. I brought this over here to point out a disturbing trend everging on the SW thread where some are trying to turn the SW thread into a UTR-Type thread for active SWs.

You can do all that shit if you want to see her, or just find her out walking between the Walmart and the Army Navy Store (occasionally at the Wawa) near the NQ pretty much 7 days a week and Pick her up.
