Of course it would become a much more welcoming experience for new and old players alike in the kgirl scene if such predatory tactics were stopped. However, it won't. To think otherwise would be naive. The chief difference here is that you're trying to navigate through lies. And I want the lies and bullying to stop. If that happens then there's barely any navigation left. I'm a service lover and generally the feedback I get is consistent. But if you're a picky face and body lover. I have no idea how'd you stay in the game and not be frustrated. Many orgs have lackeys running around snitching and collecting info. And then standing is impacted. Is it because orgs and girls are more interested in $ than actually being truthful and have truthful feedback and improve upon it? To the contrary, the very first sentence of the paragraph where you plucked out the second statement starts out by saying that reviews are paramount to mongers. From what I can gather, you have mainly three misgivings / points of contention in the kgirl scene: 1) predatory tactics employ by various bookers, 2) coercion by said bookers to takedown / limit / control information that would reflect negatively on the agency or the girls they currently book and 3) mongers that stand by and not "trashing the girl" leading to the deception of other mongers.

1. I already addressed this above. This is not going to change and is out of our immediate control. PSA's, posts, and reviews are the only mitigation measures we can take.

2. By how frequently you circle back to this point, I can only assume that you or monger (s) you know were in that type situation. Ideally, you don't want any bookers or girls to know that you write reviews. As this can and will become a weakness that can be leveraged against you. Again, addressed above. Restart with a new handle and learn to limit information that can be tied to you. This also goes for sharing with other mongers directly, there's no need to divulge any details specific to you to anyone. If questioned why you stopped writing reviews, just come up something plausible. I don't think they'll punish you for no longer writing reviews. As for me, I've been questioned by bookers about reviews / handles and have been asked by many girls to review them but I've always been consistent in saying that I don't review. Consistency is the key as you never know if the girls or bookers are back channeling on you with each other. Keep in mind that the amount of mongers that do review is a very small slice of the active monger pool.

3. This is a matter of perspective in my opinion. And as such I can only speak for myself. We're all adults here. In regards to how far will I go, I'm a pragmatist at heart and am selfish when it comes to this hobby. I'll see who I find interesting and if an agency doesn't have anyone else I deem worthwhile then I don't visit until one comes along. Does this diminish my standing with them? Possibly. Does this relegate me to the back of the line when a starlet appears? Sure. I understand this and accept it as par for the course for this type of business relationship. But it doesn't cut me off seeing that starlet completely because I bitched about a previous session, took it out on a booker for whatever reason, or any number of things that may result it a possible BL.
