I don't have any inside information, but my guess is that either a single org has multiple names for "marketing" purposes, or that one org puts the girl in the room it rents, and will let other booker's attempt to secure appointments to try maximize room utilization. I would ignore the listings at 2 pop, you often see a lot of girls listed twice with different names / pics but for the most part they are duplicate listings to generate business.
