Usually the strip are near abandons and other dilapidated properties. Like I stated before, it was down a quite narrow one way street. This was a residential with individual houses with maintained yards and $20,000 cars that were no more then 5 years old parked on the street. Not near any row-trap-house they typical sell from. There was 0 foot traffic prior to me stopping. "The Stripe" has tell-tale signs, like high addict foot traffic, groups of guys standing around, some to be the runner and someone to take the money and someone to do the hand-to-hand and someone acting as look-out, usually a younger kid on a bike riding in circles or up and down the block.

This drop off had none of that. I only dropped her there because it was closer then going all the way back to Garrisons and my place was in the opposite direction, so it save me like 15 minutes.
