As it is there are many here who can vouch for me and I have good chemistry with the girls as well as the orgs. Probably better than most. That being said there have been complaints from girls who think a particular org wants too much work from them but in all my years I have never heard of any physical abuse. Once again to physically abuse the girls who are your bread and butter where there is evidence of scars or disfigurement make no sense at all.
