It is a combination of factors. LE has become much more aggressive in recent years. I dislike the web because all the girls charge a min price for any service. It is impossible to find a reasonable price for BJ's from escorts.

I don't overpay for pussy either, I'm not talking down on every monger but many girls told me that dudes be offering them 20 or less for FS on the streets. I think that's ridiculous.
