I can confirm that! My UTR has a couple of guys that will send a text every 5 seconds if she does not answer, they start mail bombing her with speech to text, so she gets 5-6 texts in a succession from a guy, till she calls only to find out they are broke. Before I explain, I want to say that you answered your own question: "direct" & "stern".
