Assuming you do not want to provide the personal info most of the good kgirl bookers require- I would get an HX account, find some agencies or independents that are easy to get in with, and get at least 2 ratings. Ever since I've had at least 2 reviews on my HX account, its been easy booking with any Kgirl agency who advertises on HX, and most of the agencies spoken about on this thread are on HX. You may have to take a risk on having a couple subpar experiences. Typically Chinese agencies are easier on screening, but often the quality is not so good (it can be though).
