This probably happens more than anybody realizes. I've had many appts. canceled over the years and at least once I know the girl canceled somebody else for me. I had to pay for 3 hours.

On more than one occasion the PO canceled and told me the guy ahead of me decided to extend. Sucks when that happens after having driven for 2 hours.
