Just look at the real estate price, easily gone up 20-30 percent and if you don't want to pay for that then someone else will. From what I learned during my visits, even some of the unattractive girls get 2-3 customers a day, that would still be higher than a lot of what people make so why would they give up that price? There are some c-org that has some high end at around $500 personally I never tried because it is too close to home for me. But they got some decent review from Chinese johns.

My problem with the current situation and the on going rate is why do we have a fix rate for all girls? That is never the cases in other countries.
