It's been 5+ years since I visited but I'll be there in a few weeks. While doing my research I came across an announcement from the State's Attorney and Baltimore Mayor's Office stating that they are no longer prosecuting prostitution, drug possession and several other street crimes. Hard to believe, but wondering how this translates to Johns. Has LE really been toned down? Are we free to pick up SW's without the fear of arrest? Any insights?
