No, I didn't get the number and she had a working phone too. I am irritated with myself about that transaction. I am not familiar with the area and I parked in a bad spot. I had one of those insane nights, if you just want to read about the Asian chick it's in the next paragraph. There was not that much out as far as the regular areas of Wilkins and Washington.
