Ok so I have had pretty bad string of misfortune visiting the ladies recently. Seriously considering cooling it for awhile. Most of those site are, or were, useless. There was never any true central clearinghouse for blacklisted guys. Girls could relay info to each other when verifying a guys info, but that doesn't happen at the STG level. Higher end girls relied on references and referrals from other girls or relied on p411 and the now defunct DC (date check).
