Need to do this every time. All of us. We will set the market rate. I think the main issue is that I'm usually not thinking "mmmm tomorrow at 5 pm I may have a hard on and want to stick it somewhere. " It's usually right then and I look for someone within 15 minutes. Any takers? That's at least my pitfall.

In any event, the lower prices are easily obtainable with a little effort and self restraint.

I totally agree, the rates providers are asking is insane.

But I also agree, providers will almost always take less!

I do not blame providers asking sky high rates. They can ask for anything and if someone is foolish enough to pay asking rate, then cool, if not she accepts a lower rate. It is a win-win for the provider that way!

When you read the forums enough you actually figure out which mongers you have common tastes with. Connect there or follow postings. They can usually lead you down a good path.

There's a learning curve involved with this site. My advice is to start slow, get a few posts under your belt, come to the table with useful information, then find a few trusted mongers that you have a common interest with, whatever that may be.
