Hello Mongers,

It sounds like you wouldn't bait someone, please don't. I get it, I'm not going for these ridiculous rates either. It seems like lots of craziness is coming out as Covid restrictions are ending and Nashville being a popular city we get "crazy rates" and unfortunately some pay it.
