I can address the location part of this as I've been there many times. It's well off the main road on a small street with virtually no traffic and no other neighbors across the street. It's quiet and quite secluded. The building is relatively small and not a big apartment complex. During my visits, there was no foot traffic either. No snoopy neighbors. I thought it was an ideal location and wasn't worried a bit.

Just saw Paige Davis twice over the last month. She's a nice looking, white blonde. The body type seems to be a smaller BBW (in my opinion). She's no spinner and has some good meat on her bones.
