Long time NorCal Kgirl monger here. I doubt that the Bay will see upcharges like in SoCal now. Most KOrg up here have a stable and loyal clientele and they want to keep that way. Introducing different rates will muck things up for bookers, the girls and create potential for misunderstandings. We like flat rates up here. That probably won't happen anytime soon. But before moving down to so cal I had some experience in the scene up in nor cal.
