IMHO. You are both right in some aspects. Jazmin is a HYA. She has a pretty face (looks natural to me - not plastic) and a soft curvy body, nice shiny long hair (without extensions- many kgirls wear extensions, even if they don't need them), has a nice round ass and shapely legs.
