I've traveled around to NY, FL, and NV and even on a hot summer day in 100 degree heat; dripping in sweat; I've never had an issue ordering off the menu. But here in NOVA we have clowns willing to drop that kind of cash. Partially that's due to the standard of living as folks here tend to have more money. But if you give an inch they will take a foot. You can blame hygiene, but our willingness to part with our cash too easily is also to blame.

Plus, some do provide FS but are very very selective as to who they will do it with.

For obvious reasons. If you treat them good, Tip well and earn their trust, your mileage can go further.

Some will do FS with every Tom Dick or Harry that comes though the door. If they have to oil up.

I know that is not the recommended answer but I had no idea what Tiffany looked like.
