Always ask permission from providers if they're willing to be your reference. From personal experience, I've asked maybe five or six girls (since 2013) if they minded being a reference. Just a simple email in which I asked that they answer questions from whichever agency I was applying to. Only one ignored my request while the others enthusiastically agreed. So no worries about coming across as rude just by asking. If they say no or ignore you, cool beans. You could sweeten the deal by seeing them again as a thank you, but it's hardly a requirement. Just be upfront, polite, and respectful.

As for applying to AG and the other K-girl agencies in the DMV--be aware that everyone's application experience is varied. Some take longer to get back to you than others. With AG, they let me aboard with two references, an old college I. D. And email (which I've still got access to satisfy their "work" check), my license, and a screenshot of my credit card.

Here's the deal with PII--you can (and should) redact most of your shit. If memory serves me right, I showed my first name, city of residence, photo, and that's it! Never any part of your license number, nor any part of the credit card number, and certainly not your full address. Ultimately, we all have our limit regarding what information we're willing to share in this hobby. But I strongly encourage that everyone shares the least amount possible. And if they insist on getting the unredacted versions compared to what I just described for myself in 2019, then you ought to stand your ground and find another agency.

And as for P411, I'm not sure if that flies with every agency. Check with AG's screener (or whichever group you're applying to) and they'll tell you if they accept okays from P411. Hope this is helpful, cheers!

If you have seen a girl at least twice. Having given her tips doesn't hurt. Some girls will not give references others are happy too. It is best to ask. I find girls of the same ethnicity as what you are going for work the best.

She is not the person of the picture is very different I see her the last week I am disappointed with her service she is fat and ugly I can't pay $$$ for the hour.

1. What is the etiquette on using someone for a reference? Can you just text them and ask if it's alright? Is it rude (technically you're asking them to support you to go to competition I guess)?

Not trying to white knight, but is their service really all that inconsistent? I think the only bad providers I've heard about were Jin and Gia, and that's like 2 in a year. Based of the picture, this looks like the post-op that was talked about on here a few years ago. Search Thai Angie on here and you will see the reviews on her. I remember all the discussion if she was post-op or not, so I just passed on her.

Hello friends. For all of you who may recall my previous post a week or two ago, I have indeed finally done the deed. For any newbie who is virgin to the hobby, maybe my experience can help you keep your chin up?

For those paying attention, I did say I was looking to try starting with Lixa / Sela / Edelwiess or Josephine. Well, that didn't work out, unfortunately despite the suggestion, Lixa required refs or previous OK'd P411. I didn't try Josephine, but since she only takes contact from basic + 1's on P411 I assumed the same. Completely ghosted by Peach. Yikes.

The girls being safe was totally understandable, but gosh I won't lie I was actually getting lowkey depressed! I kinda skipped the whole "need experience for a job, need a job for experience" loop most people my age go through, so I was pretty stumped and had no clue what to do.

But! I finally managed to succeed! One night I went ahead and requested a pre-screen for an appointment with three other ladies. Two of them got back to me bright and early the next day.

I actually hadn't seen this girl mentioned here until searching just now. Her name was Jasmine Love, search for Jasmine in Alexandria on TER. She has many reviews, most of which were very positive. I was very forthcoming to her about my situation, was more than happy to do her screening (which was basically just P411 + prove it's you), and it was off to the races from there. You should do this regardless, but for anyone wondering PilotAviator in the AMP reports is absolutely right, if you treat the ladies politely and kindly it really will go a long way for you. Had an appointment made for later in the day.

I got to say friends, Jasmine is a very, very sweet girl. Her pictures aren't her AT ALL, and I mean that in the best of ways. Same body type but she's much much more attractive than the girl in the photos. Decently tall for an Asian girl, pretty chest (I think fake? I dunno not an expert but they were big), fit body. If all you care about is recommendation, than I'd say you'll probably like her. Probably because. Well just keep reading.

Setup was what sounds like the standard? Texted location about an hour before, when I arrived she texted me the room number. Lots of parking, pretty okay apartment complex. Not an upscale place, but I saw a Tesla in the lot so I guess it should be easy for anyone to blend in. Went up to her room, was lead from the door to the kitchen and then was immediately DFK'd. Offered a glass of wine and a massage, then off the the bedroom we went. Dropped the donation on the counter while she changed. Showered together and then things got started. I went for 1. 5 hours for 6 $. To be honest there was no talk of price at all actually, I walked in, she asked me to leave the donation on the table, and so I just went with what I read the price on P411 was. No clue if it should have been higher or lower, but I know that's a large number for a lot of the folks here (4 $ hr for the record).

I guess the menu was DFK, BBBJ, CFS any way you want. I'm overwhelmingly vanilla so that's all I cared about, no clue if there were other options as she kind of lead the whole affair (blessedly). The flow of the entire evening just felt well paced and we wrapped up right on time, but it didn't feel like she was rushing or clock watching at all.

Alas, I made two silly mistakes. First, I ignored the advice about not doing a pre-session pop. Huge blunder, I had so much trouble finishing during the session because of it. It's silly in hindsight since Jasmine was comfy with MSOG, wouldn't have been an issue to pop early. Second, I should not have accepted her offer to drink. Me being a bundle of nerves thought it was a great idea! What easier way to unwind and get comfy with each other? Unfortunately I forgot that I was running on empty (hadn't eaten yet that day), on top of having not consumed alcohol in over a year. That one glass of wine hit me like 6 shots of tequila. So of course, like a genius, I had a second one. More importantly, I acquired a very intimate understanding of the term "pushing rope". Hate to say it lads, but I couldn't feel anything. Like, at all, total numbness. She could have punched me in the jaw and I wouldn't have noticed. So any "recommendation" I would give would be pretty disingenuous. What I can say is by god did she try. She was so determined. Just the visual alone was incredible, I do hope someone more qualified can back me up here.

Anyways so that's that. An interesting and silly experience, not at all what I was expecting, but definitely one I'm glad I had (and early at that). I will absolutely, at some point in my life, make it a point to see her again. Not sure if it'll be a few weeks from now or a few months, but I'd love to try my hand once I'm a little more wizened and a lot less numbed!
