Unsure about Casinos case but some use fake because they have obtained citizenship and / or now call LA home. They don't want their pictures around the internet for all the public to access. They might have family and kids or just often out and about with their daily life routine in ktown. Often it's more about their privacy and safety.

That won't work with me. My top 5 and more all live in LA. I can always take a break from Kgirls if quality is not up to my standard. Price increase won't work with me if girls are not hot and young.

Just like upcharge didn't really work on me.
