Tried looking up info about Cindy2, Vanilla, Alice from Booker Gray but found nothing in Cindy2 and not sure if Vanilla / Alice are the same people. Any help is appreciated!!

I think it's always YMMV unless the ad specifically says BBFS / CIP. BBFS does not equal CIP but some providers are pretty generous with it and you can tell by reading reviews. Some providers can be pretty selective with it meaning they have to like you or it takes multiple visits before they allow it. Some look like hard no's but I've gotten it from some of those types of providers before so even then it can be YMMV.
