After someone wrote he was worried about LE sitting in a parking lot, watching people walk into an apartment building, and taking down license plate numbers, I thought "There is no way LE is sitting in an 8-car parking lot taking down LP numbers of people walking in and out." They couldn't do anything with the LPs if they did -- we haven't broken any laws, and anyone is allowed to go into any building, visit friends, take gifts, and spend time. We all have very different home / family situations as well as different socioeconomic statuses, some folks are ok with higher risk some aren't, some have way more to lose than others.
