After someone wrote he was worried about LE sitting in a parking lot, watching people walk into an apartment building, and taking down license plate numbers, I thought "There is no way LE is sitting in an 8-car parking lot taking down LP numbers of people walking in and out." They couldn't do anything with the LPs if they did -- we haven't broken any laws, and anyone is allowed to go into any building, visit friends, take gifts, and spend time. Do whatever you want, I'd never try to tell someone else how to enjoy the hobby or what risk level they should be comfortable with. We all have very different home / family situations as well as different socioeconomic statuses, some folks are ok with higher risk some aren't, some have way more to lose than others.
