Nice, just caught up and got to read this. Makes sense. She's doing more drugs and was already not eating properly. So losing alot of weight is unsurprising.

Bones wants her for himself, seemed fairly obvious to me.

Leave a bad review and she can't make her own money, he has other customers, doesn't necessarily need her as a client.
