Great common sense rule. However, they can still be scammers. If they want to be paid in advance. I was like let me come up then I'll send it to you. She started getting mad at me. I gave her one last chance and she wanted the advance so I ended the convo.

Just because they are real doesn't mean then aren't thieves. Be careful! And have fun with the real ones.

Never had issues with her although haven't seen her in a while due to personal circumstances. Anyways whenever I meet her I choose the spot and I make sure I put my pants with my wallet on the side of the dresser away from the door. Oh, yeah, I remember her from when she worked in Dallas. It was mid-2019 and don't recall the donation but she's legit, or was at the time.
