Rather than waiting for a fellow monger to take the time to create such a specific report, you might be able to get the info faster using the advanced search feature and limiting your search to Northern Virginia. I don't venture that far outside the Beltway but others who do might then appreciate you posting a report of your experience.

A couple of places for your bingo card, Lovely Therapy (or spa on some searches) in Cascades and Relaxation Studio just south of Sams Club. It is hard to spot on the second floor. I always call ahead to make sure someone is available. The later was labeled as legit for some time but started advertising more attention served and I can verify that I left happy. Was at ashleys in ffx today. I think two people work here, I had tried to set up an appointment on Thursday but they were closed. I personally have no problem bringing extra cash into a session but only because over the years I've gotten pretty good when it comes to listening to the big head. Everyone has to figure out what works best for them but it all revolves around the "moment of truth" that happens in many negotiation situations.

If everything's been agreed beforehand, or if you're a regular and there's a pre-existing understanding, or if you make an offer and it's quickly accepted, then there's really not much negotiating going on. But the "moment of truth" happens when a provider believes she has the power and leverage, because of the client's horniness, that allows her to do a hard-sell upcharge. The only possible response a monger has is the power and leverage found in his wallet. What will decide that power struggle is whether he wants the extras more than she wants the money.

With AMPs and FBSM providers, if I get the hard upcharge treatment, my default is to say I'm fine with whatever is covered by the fee already paid. For an AMP, I've only paid the house fee that should cover at least a massage. If the masseuse continues and gives a decent massage that lasts the full hour, I'll leave a $20 tip. If she gives a crap massage, I'll leave no tip. If she wants to end the session early, I'll ask MMS for a refund and explain why. Over the decades I can count on one hand when this hasn't worked. When that last scenario happens, I post on the appropriate boards to warn others.
