Then it is "times up" I've never had one decline to do another 30 minutes at the standard rate. That is what they were planning all along if it was a slow day and they had nothing booked. Still no guarantee of extras, usually not.

My take, I actually think she has high personal standards and isn't interested in socializing with man who would pay $300 for a happy ending massage or wants to avoid bringing anyone in to her personal life who knows her background.
