I had in happen a few months back. It was a major pain since it was near the end of my subscription. They claimed the same BS about escort terminology but refused to back that up or even provide a list of what that is. I've never been banned personally but I've spoken to girls on there who indicated they've been banned multiple times. I would assume they're not tracking your device's IP address so it's probably just a matter of creating a new email when you activate a different profile.
