There's a number of Angel's in the Wilkens Ave / Circle area and I'm curious to know if the one you're speaking about happens to be a short WSW with black hair and quite a few tattoo's. Anyone seen this Sarah previously reported on here. I guess someone had stolen her money and cellular a few weeks ago that said she was from Annapolis. Anyone seen Amber I think her name is.
